The County Assessor's office is currently staffed by Susan Wiltse as County Assessor, Steve Robbins and Joe Udermann as Property Appraisers and Susan Cory is the Technical Administrative Assistant.

Susan Wiltse has been an employee of the County Assessor's office since 1971.  She began as an assessment clerk until she was hired as a property appraiser in 1981.  In June of 2001, she was hired as the County Assessor.

Steve Robbins has been with the County Assessor's office since 1981.  He has held the position of Property Appraiser since that time.  Steve's primary duties involve the assessment of all agricultural land and buildings in the County.

Joe Udermann is the newest employee in the Assessor's office.  He joined the staff in June of 2009.  Joe's primary duties include the assessment of all residential land and structures in the county.

Susan Cory has been the Technical Administrative Assistant in the Assessor's office since 1975.  Her duties are varied and include being responsible for processing homestead applications,  data entry, making sure all abstracts and reports are submitted in a timely manner to the Minnesota Department of Revenue and other agencies.  To sum it up, Susan Cory is the person we all rely on to get all of the behind the scene things done.

Assessing Fees for Cities and Townships:  $11.00 per parcel
